Informational Video (1-3 minutes long)
When it comes to creative information videos to explain a concept, issue or service, we’re here to help! Because every video is different, and some may require more or less shooting and production, here’s our base package that is perfect for videos up to 3-minutes long. It includes scriptwriting support, a half-day HD video shoot up to 4 hours, two crewmembers, and 5 hours editing with b-roll, graphics, and music.
Informational Video (3-6 minutes long)
Our base package for videos 3-6 minutes long includes extended scriptwriting support, a full-day HD video shoot at multiple locations; 2-3 crewmembers, and 10 hours editing with b-roll, graphics, and music.
Single-camera Event Coverage (One camera, light, wireless microphone, video shooter)
We’ll cover the action and shoot beautiful full-HD b-roll footage and interviews at your special event, meeting, ribbon-cutting or other event. This footage is perfect for quick recap videos, social media hits, and to stock your library with the shots you need for future videos. After the shoot, we’ll process the footage as needed and archive it on a hard drive reserved for your video productions, or we’ll hand off the files to you on-scene if you need them fast!
Real-time Social Media Event Coverage (Using video-enabled smartphones or tablets )
There are times when you want to instantly create and post videos, stills and live-tweet them all from an event. We’re experts at supporting you with on-the-fly interviews and event excerpts recorded, edited and uploaded immediately from iPhones and iPads. We use professional smartphone lavaliere microphones, stabilizers, video editing software and other smartphone/tablet apps and specialty tools. Provided equipment includes smartphone, tablet, microphone, editing software, MiFi cellular broadband card, backup battery power, MacBook Pro laptop with Photoshop, and Facebook/Twitter live broadcast applications (BFF and UStream). We’ll produce for you whatever can be accomplished during the event, including video interviews, excerpts of activities, direct-to-camera updates from a spokesperson, live streaming coverage of segments 5-10 minutes long, and more!
Live Event Multi-camera Coverage)
We will cover your major meeting or conference with up to three HD cameras and live video switching. Our crew will produce a great-looking production, and you’ll get master DVDs and video files containing all the keynote sessions.

Post-production (editing)
Post-production is what happens after the video is shot. Post-production is included in most of our packages, but there may be cases where a big project needs more editing hours, or you have existing video or photos that you want to re-purpose to create a new project. We use only state-of-the-art Apple editing workstations and professional-level Apple and Adobe editing products to make your video project pop!
News Conference Coverage and Video News Release Segments for Distribution
Media cutbacks means reporters may not show up for your event. What do you do then? We will shoot the event and, at your direction, immediately select, prepare and upload ready-to-use video and audio sound bites for distribution to the media with your news release. We will also record your news conference in its entirety, and upload it to YouTube. This is the best way to ensure coverage for an event in an era where reporters might not show up. A live-streaming option offers reporters the change to cover your event even if they can’t leave the station, and dials in the public too!
